Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards included to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
